Our head chef, trained in the traditional kitchens of Kathmandu, brings over 15 years of experience from the bustling streets of Thamel to the heart of Peterborough. Having learned the art of authentic Nepalese cooking from his grandmother in the Kathmandu Valley, he now shares these treasured family recipes with our community.
